Planning for all skill levels

Planning is an element of my practice that I really enjoy.  I relish designing units and lessons that engage the students where they are at in their skills and their learning styles.

Below is a video of a student who caught on early to the concept of exploding numbers and needed a challenge to maintain his interest.  I gladly gave him more difficult questions as he caught on.
